I take the security of your data and your privacy very seriously. You can rest assured that I will do everything I can, in accordance with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to monitor this. Below I explain in detail what that means.
This website is managed by Saskia Willockx. She is responsible for the processing of your personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.
My details are:
2274 XS Voorburg, Nethrlands
Dutch Chamber of Commerce: 27347592
What data do I collect?
When you register online for the newsletter, fill in the contact form, make an appointment via the online agenda or register for one of the free courses, you will be asked to fill in information. In that case, I only process the data that you provide yourself.
These can be the following data:
First and last name
If you want an invoice after a session that you can submit to the health insurer, I also need from you:
Date of birth
This is in accordance with the guidelines of the health insurers.
For what purpose do I use the personal data?
The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:
I only use your name and e-mail address to send newsletters and free courses. I only do this with data that I have obtained through requesting the free courses, so not with data that came in via contact forms.
If you request information about courses and/or sessions and you would like to receive information from time to time, you must explicitly state this, otherwise your data will not be entered in the e-mail marketing system.
When you fill in the contact form, your name and email address are required to provide you with a response. This data is therefore not used for the newsletter unless you explicitly request this.
If you want to receive an invoice for the health insurer, I will also process your address and date of birth, which will be stated on the invoice.
By providing data you implicitly give me permission to use it for the above purposes.
Security of stored data
Your data are stored securely. This concerns both your digital data and all data that is on paper in your file.
Who do I share your personal data with?
Your personal data will never be provided by me to others.
The personal data you have entered to receive a free course is stored on servers of MailChimp and Active Campaign. These companies are located in the United States where their servers are located. Your data can therefore be transferred, stored and processed in the United States on the basis of the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. Active Campaign and MailChimp are fully GDPR compliant.
If you make an appointment via the online agenda, your data will be entered in the Salonized system. This company also ensures secure data processing and is fully GDPR-compliant.
In order for the websites to work as well as possible, a minimum of functional cookies are used.
I do not collect any information via Google Analytics or the like.
Your IP address is also expressly not used.
Disabling and deleting cookies
Do you want to disable or delete the cookies? You can do this via your browser settings. If necessary, use the help function of your browser to find out how you can do this.
This website uses reCAPTCHAv3, which means that it automatically checks whether the person filling out a form is a human and not a robot. Previously you had to put a checkmark, this is no longer necessary with this version. reCAPTCHA works fully GDPR – compliant. No IP addresses are collected.
The websites contain social media buttons. Read the privacy statements of these social media channels to find out how they handle privacy.
I do not store your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. A legal retention period of 15 years applies to the treatment data.
When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your personal data will be deleted within 3 months and removed from the system.
The data that I only use to reply to a message that you have sent via the contact form will be deleted within 1 year after the last correspondence.
You always have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data, after which I will no longer use your data. Withdrawing this consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing based on your consent that took place before this withdrawal.
You also have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify it. If you want to know which personal data I process about you, you can submit a written request for access. If your data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request in writing to change or supplement this data.
In addition, you have the right to delete your personal data, the right to restrict the processing and the right to object to the processing. In addition, you have the right to transfer or make transferable your data. You can also submit a written request for this.
I will process your request within 4 weeks. Written also includes an e-mail. You can email your request to email@example.com
